Editions

Editions are digitally produced photographic prints of original artworks by Alessandra Sormani.  A limited edition print is a set of prints of the same image which will only be produced to a maximum number. They are printed on high quality fine art paper each signed, dated, titled and numbered in pencil on reverse, with a supplementary certificate of authenticity. As an edition starts to sell out the price typically rises and increases in value.

Editions developed from a series of earlier works considering course of action from analogue to digital exploring colour, mark making, paper size, exchange values and worth in reproduction and selling.
